Requirements

Overall 4+ Years of experience in Service Catalogue Management

Process

 Knowledge of Service Request and SLM will be an added

advantage.

 Should have hands on experience in creating, managing, and

maintaining a service catalog

 Focus on creating a user-friendly and intuitive experience for

accessing and understanding the service catalog

 Develop and manage the content within the service catalog,

Public

ensuring it is consistent, accurate, and up-to-date

 Regularly update and maintain the service catalog with accurate

information, including descriptions, pricing, and related policies

 Identify areas for improvement in the catalog management process

and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

 Prepare reports on catalog usage, identify trends, and provide

recommendations for optimization

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting

and explaining services clearly.
