Job Description

We are working with a prominent Oil & Gas manufacturer seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations in our service facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the flow of customer inspection jobs in accordance with shop procedures, company standards, and safe work practices. This role ensures efficient operations, regulatory compliance, quality control, and effective leadership of service centre personnel.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operations & Job Co-ordinations

  • Plan, schedule, and assign work to shop staff to meet customer and operational requirements

  • Coordinate customer inspection jobs with lead hands to ensure timely and accurate execution

  • Review job status logs and monitor workflow progress
