Service Centre Supervisor

Our client is a leading technology company which designs and manufactures appliances. They have set up their headquarters in Singapore to ramp up their expansion.

They are currently looking for a Service Centre Supervisor to support their service centre by providing on-site service and technical support to their customers.

Candidates should be open to flexible retail hours and be able to provide 1st level support to customers.

1. Daily Floor Operations Management

• Supervise technicians across the full repair workflow: inbound, cleaning, diagnostics, repair, testing, OQC, and packing/despatch.
• Ensure adherence to repair standards, ergonomics, ESD setup, and calibration schedules.
• Balance workload distribution and monitor repair queues to maintain workflow continuity.
• Validate CRM updates for accuracy and completeness.
