Role Summary
The Service Communications Specialist is responsible for executing service-related email campaigns and alerts for customers and partners. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy HTML-based emails using Marketo Engage.
- Ensure responsive design and compliance with brand standards.
- Segment audiences and send urgent alerts accurately.
Technical Implementation
- Apply dynamic content and personalization.
- Troubleshoot HTML/CSS issues and integrate data.
- Analyze and clean audience lists using Excel.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing, communications, and operations teams.
- Work with writers and stakeholders for message clarity.
- Participate in meetings with U.S.-based colleagues.
