Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in filing accident reports and advise on suitable claim options (TP / OD).
  • Prepare clear and accurate insurance claim estimations.
  • Follow up on claim authorisations and approvals.
  • Liaise with insurance companies on motor claim matters.
  • Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated on job status.
  • Coordinate with parts executives on parts availability.
  • Close repair jobs and issue invoices upon completion.
