About the Position (Payroll and Benefits Team)

Working Hours: Eastern Time Zone | 9:00 – 17:00

The Service Consultant is responsible for all phases of a new client being introduced to Dayforce’s system or an existing client upgrading to a new Dayforce processing product. They work in a project team to provide clients with effective solutions that align with our commitment to reliable, repeatable, and high-quality implementation practices

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing projects that vary in nature based on the solution purchased and the complexity of requirements.

• Responsible for contributing to project plans and ensuring the project is on time, meets and/or exceeds client expectations, and follows internal processes.

• Will work in conjunction with resources within and outside of the team in the completion of an implementation.
