Job Description

A manufacturing company is seeking Service Coordinators who will ensure timely, accurate, and efficient support for customers by managing spare parts and machine orders in a manufacturing environment. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for order inquiries, product availability, and delivery coordination, while collaborating with internal teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive, process, and track customer orders for spare parts and machines and verify order accuracy, pricing, and availability before confirmation
  • Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure timely fulfillment
