5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Tuas
Basic Salary: $2500 - $3000

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the deployment of service engineers to customer sites.
• Communicate with customers, service engineers, and internal teams on service schedules.
• Plan and confirm service dates according to project and customer requirements.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and transport for service engineers.
• Prepare and follow up on visas, work permits, and site entry documents.
• Monitor deployment status and handle any schedule changes or delays.
• Collect, check, and submit engineers' timesheets for payroll and billing.
• Keep accurate records and reports in line with company and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in service coordination, logistics, operations support, or travel administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and ...
