Service coordinator and Customer Support Officer (Morning shift/Work from Home)

Overview

Variety Solar is seeking an experienced and reliable Solar Operations Coordinator to support our growing solar business in Victoria. This role is ideal for someone with strong solar industry knowledge who can confidently manage customer communications, supplier coordination, and administrative operations with minimal supervision.

You will play a key role in supporting our end to end solar operations, from customer enquiries through to invoicing and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and ongoing support
• Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and CRM systems
• Communicate with suppliers and installers to coordinate project requirements
• Handle invoicing, documentation, and billing processes
