Position Title: Service Coordinator
Reports To: Supervisor, Service Coordinators
Department: Onsite Scheduler
Work Location: Costa Rica (Remote)
Classification: Salary, Exempt
Major Responsibilities
Match interpreters to assignments based on skill levels, locale, and ratings.
Analyze interpreter schedules daily.
Assist customers with adjustments to assignment requests.
Keep Manager and Lead Service Coordinator advised of any issues.
Support OnSite Services’ Quality Management System (QMS) to continually improve the Division’s processes, procedures and services; and thereby increase efficiency, productivity, effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
