Isca Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join a growing business in Bridgwater. This is a super opportunity for a proactive organised administrator individual to take ownership of planning and co-ordinating the delivery of new products, engineers and their equipment to customer sites across the UK.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be part of a supportive and innovative team. Service Coordinator duties will include:
* Liaising with customers, by phone and email, planning annual service, repair and callout work on equipment at customer sites by engineers, efficiently and completed in a timely manner.
* Liaising with production and sales to organise deliveries within expected timescales.
* Reviewing and organising servicing, building service plans, ensuring parts are in stock and delivered to site in time for engineers.
* Planning field engineer routes in an efficient and logical manner.
