The Service Coordinator position is responsible for managing repair cases, coordinating with technicians, subcontractors, and third-party vendors, remote troubleshooting and assistance, recording information accurately and follow up with customers regarding the resolution of the repair case.

+ **Set Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may offer overtime.
