About the Role

This role is responsible for coordinating service technicians, managing customer service requests, and ensuring efficient delivery of HVAC or Fire service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate service technicians and jobs
  • Manage service requests through major customer portals
  • Liaise with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records using MS Office systems
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in service scheduling or coordination
  • Proven experience in either HVAC or Fire services (essential)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
