Job Description

Service coordinators act as an advocate for their clients and provide information on how they can access community services. In addition, they work as an intermediary between clients, often serving in a support role for them during difficult times.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advocate for adequate, timely and cost-effective services
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
  • Respond to any issues that occur during the delivery of services
  • Monitor the services being provided and stay up to date on any services being introduced or discontinued
  • Maintaining and tracking clients' service records
  • Staying current on new services we develop
  • Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that need improvements
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Service/Admin Coordinator
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
