Job Description

Qualifications:

+ Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

+ 3+ years of recent service coordination, claims resolution, or customer service (within an office setting).

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong organizational and time management skills.

+ Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

+ Ability to anticipate and embrace change.

+ Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.

Work Environment
Hours- Monday through Friday- 8:30am to 5:30pm
Hybrid opportunity after a week of training
