Job Description

We are looking for a Service Coordinator  to join our growing team at our Delhi office . If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy coordinating service operations and customer support, this role is for you.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily service calls and engineer schedules
  • Act as a point of contact between customers, service engineers, and internal teams
  • Track service requests, complaints, and resolutions
  • Maintain service records, reports, and documentation
  • Ensure timely closure of service calls and high customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate spare parts availability and service logistics
 Eligibility & Qualifications
  • Graduate / Diploma (Engineering, Science, Management, or relevant field)
  • 1–2 years of experience in service coordination, after-sales, or customer support
