Job Description

We are looking for a  Service Coordinator  to join our growing team at our  Delhi office. If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy coordinating service operations and customer support, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily service calls and engineer schedules
Act as a point of contact between customers, service engineers, and internal teams
Track service requests, complaints, and resolutions
Maintain service records, reports, and documentation
Ensure timely closure of service calls and high customer satisfaction
Coordinate spare parts availability and service logistics
Eligibility & Qualifications Graduate / Diploma (Engineering, Science, Management, or relevant field)
1–2 years of experience in service coordination, after-sales, or customer support
Good communication and coordination skills
Comfortable with MS Excel, email communication, and service software/tools
