Key Responsibilities
Manage daily indoor operations and ensure effective internal/external communication.Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints across multiple channels.Generate customer quotations and process orders with efficiency.Liaise with subcontractors and customers to ensure service delivery meets deadlines and expectations.Document and file service reports, manage service requests, and maintain the Service Management System (SMS).Prepare and handle shipping documentation and air ticket bookings as necessary.Distribute required materials to subcontractors, technicians, or engineers.Process purchase orders for project materials and handle warranty claims.Organize work schedules and maintain meticulous records.Support project coordination and perform other duties as assigned.
