Key Responsibilities
• Support the LTS department head in service coordination and administrative activities.
• Prepare service quotations (standard and non‑standard), service contracts and maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal LTS teams and regional agents to support service delivery and improve departmental KPIs.
• Prepare, update, and maintain service analysis reports and documentation for Management and HQ.
• Arrange business travel for service engineers across Southeast Asia and ensure timely processing of travel expense reimbursements.
• Follow up with the Accounting Department on service payment reminders.
• Support annual audit activities, budget documentation, and HQ reporting requirements related to LTS.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, properly maintained and compliant with company policies.
