Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare basic food and beverage items such as coffee as required
• Serve food, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the café
• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders accurately and perform cashiering duties
• Recommend menu items based on guests' preferences and promote specials
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
