Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to walk-ins
  • Manage queues
  • Take orders in POS system, serve customers, and clear tables
  • Provide excellent F&B service to guests
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant
  • Assist in checking and restocking inventory as needed.
  • Assist chefs and cooks in preparing ingredients
