Service Delivery Coordinator ICT

Datacentrix is looking for Service Delivery Coordinators in Cape Town for our client in the Healthcare sector on contract for a minimum of 1 Year. The successful coordinators will provide support to the ICT functions and business processes for the full ICT technical landscape which includes: Infrastructure, Applications, Business Intelligence etc. Strong communications skills are required for this position with a very user centric approach. 
Certification in ITIL or equivalent service management is essential
Key Responsibilities 

• To provide service delivery and support to internal Stakeholders and clients 
• Manage and mitigate ICT and Infrastructure risks within the Organization
• Maintain continuous improvement within the ICT and Infrastructure environment. 
• Develop and maintain ICT support procedures.
