What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee and coordinate the effective delivery of a variety of property services
• Manage work orders to completion in the employer's or client-based web application
• Schedule access for internal and external service providers as needed
• Prepare weekly/monthly summaries of work order performance for stakeholders
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and service providers

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant job experience
• High school completion plus a specialized technical or business course
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of financial management software
• Familiarity with Maximo and Oracle systems
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
