Job Description
The Service Delivery Execuitve is the leader to a team of school support personnel providing end-user computing support to schools. You are professional and experienced in customer service, human resource coordination and contract administration. You will be responsible for conducting regular customer visits, managing and counselling support personnel. You will also assist with up-sell services, address escalated issues, billing queries and delegate assignments to support personnel. You are responsible for the good customer satisfaction for the support services. You will also coordinate desktop education programmes for customers.
