About the role

This role will need to handle all service & project related operations in the assigned territory.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling Customer complaints, Project Support & Channel Management
  • Responsible for achieving set revenue targets through AMC, Repair & Retro Jobs & Intime payment collection
  • Guides and assists team to resolve technical problems and also build their capabilities
  • Role Purpose:

  • Need to handle all service & project related operations in the assigned territory.
  • Improve the service levels by implementing the industry best practices in line with company policy
  • Revenue generation & OS collection as per set targets
  • Minimum Requirements:

  • Overall 10+ years of experience in Service Industry with a minimum 7+ Years of experience in HVAC Industry
  • BE/BTech Qualification
