Job Description
Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
The Service Delivery Manager (Incubation) will play a critical role in setting up, stabilizing, and scaling delivery for new or incubating accounts. This role requires strong staffing ownership , technology understanding , people leadership , and a high level of attention to detail to ensure smooth transition from incubation to steady-state delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Staffing & Resource Management
Own end-to-end staffing for incubating accounts, including demand understanding, onboarding, ramp-up, and backfilling
Work closely with Talent Acquisition and workforce planning teams to ensure timely fulfillment of roles
Ensure right skill–right role mapping aligned to project and technology needs
Manage utilization, capacity planning, and productivity during the incubation phase
Technology Understanding
Possess strong working knowledge of technology stacks being delivered (applications, platforms, infra, data,...
