About The Role
As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll oversee the lifecycle of IT services for Suncorp’s Experience Platforms, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional outcomes. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, Experience Platform Technology owners and partners to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions that support our business goals.
This role requires participation in the on-call support roster.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end service delivery for experience platforms, customer telephony, with a focus on security, asset health, performance and meets business and customer needs.
- Partner with internal teams and external providers to resolve incidents and improve service quality.
- Monitor and report on service performance, driving continual improvement initiatives.
