Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT Infrastructure Service Delivery (Data Center, Network, Cloud, End-User, Security).
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL-based processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests).
• Act as primary client/stakeholder contact for escalations and service performance.
• Drive service improvement plans, governance, and compliance audits.
• Lead infrastructure operations teams (onsite/offshore), ensuring high availability.
• Manage vendors, budgets, capacity planning, and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT Infrastructure Service Delivery/Operations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Data Center, and Network services.
