Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the end-to-end service delivery for Modern Device services, including Windows Edition V2 and legacy products.
• Ensure incident, problem, and change processes are executed in line with global IT and security standards.
• Lead operational governance with stakeholders, managing SLA/KPI reporting, service performance, and improvement plans.
