The Service Delivery Manager – Oracle Database Administrator is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of Oracle database services and ensuring the performance, security, and availability of critical systems. This hybrid role combines deep technical expertise in Oracle DBA functions with strong service delivery and client relationship management skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing SLAs, coordinating incidents and changes, and ensuring continuous service improvements in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
