A bachelor's degree in a business-related field. Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish. Experience in service delivery management, preferably in a technical or infrastructure-related role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good understanding of infrastructure components such as networking, servers, storage, and virtualization. Experience working with Cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services. Proven track record of identifying and resolving issues.
