Service Delivery Project Co-ordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and plan timelines for network expansion projects.
• Manage and support operations related to the Air Fiber OC Desk , ensuring smooth coordination and issue resolution.
• Act as a single point of coordination between network, business, construction, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Clearly communicate project scope, requirements, and expectations to all involved teams.
• Monitor ongoing projects regularly, identify risks or jeopardy cases early, and take corrective actions to avoid delays or quality issues.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of projects in line with contractual commitments, agreed scope, and timelines.
• Oversee project execution, including activity tracking, risk management, and resource planning throughout the project lifecycle.
