Overview:

Responsible for strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Drive strategic initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver superior service and value to key clients. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to client accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end Technical Solution Delivery and Project Management.
  • Manage the delivery of complete project scope and committed deliverables as per the contract.
  • Technical solution and services Implementation as per customer requirements (DLD/LLD).
  • Manage project activities, risks, and resource requirements during the project lifecycle.
  • Review & monitor project KPIs/SLAs as per the contract. Ensure SLA compliance in coordination with internal teams at Circles, NHQ, NOC and relevant external stakeholders.
  • Advise project changes and interventions to achieve project output in consultation with customer/ sales/ business/ cross functional teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure efficient service deliverables and RMA processing.
  • Maintain close interface with customer and project stakeholders for smooth and timely execution of projects.


Educational Qualifications - B.E/BTech and MBA. PMP certification

Years of Experience (minimum & maximum) - 7-12 years of experience in handling projects for major customers.
