Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly enter purchase orders to meet or exceed agreed-upon service levels.
• Partner with Customer Care Leads to guarantee achievement of service level agreements.
• Ensure order entry, tracking, and delivery are on track and orders are completed in full, providing customers with regular status updates.
