We are seeking highly skilled professionals to fill the role of Customer Support Representative.

- A minimum of 1 year's experience working in a customer service or call center environment
- Possess strong Spanish and English communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and act urgently to resolve matters that impact customers positively
- Proficient in computer software including MS Suite applications
