We are seeking highly skilled professionals to fill the role of Customer Support Representative.

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience working in a customer service or call center environment

  • Possess strong Spanish and English communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and act urgently to resolve matters that impact customers positively

  • Proficient in computer software including MS Suite applications
