- **Requirements**:_
- Responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to clients, ensuring that they meet the required standards and are delivered on time.
- Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact for service-related issues.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of service delivery teams.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve service issues and improve delivery processes.
- Monitoring performance metrics and preparing reports for both clients and senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in systems, IT or Electronics and communications Engineering.
- Certificaciones Deseables: (ITIL Information Technology Infrastructure Library, PMP)
