Service Designer

The Service Designer supports a centralized Data Centre of Excellence by applying human-centered and service design practices to the planning, design, and delivery of data and analytics products . Reporting to the Analytics Capability leadership, this role works collaboratively with analysts, product teams, and stakeholders across the organization to improve data access, usability, governance, and data-informed decision-making .

The role is responsible for discovery, requirements gathering, journey mapping, service blueprinting, process mapping, prototyping, and evaluation of data services, including data pipelines, user interfaces, data catalogues, and data architectures.

The Service Designer facilitates user and behavioral research, co-design workshops, concept testing, and usability testing , ensuring services are designed with a strong focus on business outcomes, efficiency, and user experience.
