Overview

The Service Designer is responsible for designing the end-to-end service experience, from the initial touchpoints through to the final outcome. They work to understand the needs and behaviours of the different stakeholders involved in the service, including users, service providers, and stakeholders. They conduct research, map user journeys, facilitate co-creation, design & test prototypes, and collaborate with peers in projects.
