Position: Service Desk Agent - 1st Line Support


Locations: Katowice / Opole / Lublin


Hybrid model – 40% work from office.


 


Job description:


We are looking for candidates to join our Service Dest Team as 1st Line Support Agents.


The role involves direct contact with customers and providing first-level technical assistance related to everyday usage of their Digital Workplace (e.g. laptops, mobile devices, user accounts, applications, access issues).
