Job description:
We are looking for candidates to join our Service Dest Team as 1st Line Support Agents.
The role involves direct contact with customers and providing first-level technical assistance related to everyday usage of their Digital Workplace (e.g. laptops, mobile devices, user accounts, applications, access issues).
Responsibilites:
- First point of contact for end users via phone an email
- Record and classify incidents and service requests in the ticketing tool
