Location: Bukit Gombak
Allowances: With Site and Shift Allowances
Work Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night), 3–4 days per week
Environment: Secure site (No-camera zone; lockers provided)

Our client is seeking Service Desk Analysts/Assistant Engineer to support a 24/7 Service Desk, ensuring high availability of enterprise IT services and timely restoration of services in a mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor enterprise IT networks and server systems
  • Act as the single point of contact for users, resolver teams, and vendors
  • Respond to hotline calls and emails within agreed SLAs
  • Take ownership of incidents and service requests through to resolution
  • Track, update, and close tickets within defined timelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation and incident records

Requirements

  • Minimum Higher NITEC in IT or related discipline
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Experience in a NOC / Service Desk environment is preferred
  • Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Able to work in a secure, no-camera environment
