Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager with the purpose to be a first responder of Technology issues for our store and support office team. Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be available to work on a rostered basis between the hours of 7am and 6pm including some weekends.

  • Providing 1st level technology support for support office and stores
  • Troubleshooting incidents & requests including software, hardware, communications and networks until resolution and customer satisfaction
