Role: Service Desk Quality Analyst
Experience: 5-8
Location: Bangalore- face to face interview
Shift: Night shift
Must Have:
Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, Chat, email
Excellent communication skills, experienced with handling customer calls in Service Desk
Good technical knowledge on end user issues with troubleshooting skills
Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
Provide accurate information on IT products or services
Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
Good to have ITIL knowledge and certification
