**Job Position: Service Desk Analyst (not remote)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide solutions to Field Techs with IP Cameras, Cisco Switch, Registers, and their peripherals
- Document issues and escalate if needed to Project Manager
- Follow up with tech with issues until issue is resolved
- Operating communication systems, such as telephone, intercom, switchboard, and computer software
- Relaying and routing verbal and written messages to coworkers and supervisors
