Service Desk Technician – Contract Role
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Onsite, Oshkosh, WI
Duration: 12‑month contract with strong potential for extension or conversion
A leading global organization is seeking a Service Desk Technician to join their Help Desk team. The company is transitioning service desk operations from a managed service provider back in‑house and is expanding their internal support team.
Role Overview
This position provides first‑level technical support for end users via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and account‑related issues using the ServiceNow ticketing system.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry‑level IT professional to gain hands-on experience in a large enterprise environment. Candidates with prior help desk or service desk experience are also encouraged to apply.
