Overview
We’re seeking a proactive Service Desk Analyst to join our Digital team at CSBP Fertilisers to provide exceptional frontline support across our core business applications.
You’ll be part of a supportive team environment. You’ll work alongside experienced analysts and application specialists, supported by extensive documentation, established processes, and AI‑assisted tooling to help resolve issues efficiently.
While the team manages a steady flow of incoming requests across multiple channels, this is not a high‑volume call‑centre environment. Workload is predictable and well‑structured, supported by clear escalation paths.
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline application and technical support to CSBP users across phone, ticket, and walk-up channels.
- Log, categorise, prioritise, and resolve incidents using the ITSM tool — aiming for First Call Fix whenever possible.
