Job Description

We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst – Level 1 to support a large, fast-paced technology environment in Perth . This is a 3-month contract with strong potential to extend , ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on desktop support and face‑to‑face customer engagement.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing first‑line Service Desk and Desktop Support to end users
  • Supporting and delivering Windows upgrades across the environment
  • Building, imaging, and deploying laptops using SCCM and Intune
  • Supporting Apple products including iPhone, iPad, and Mac
  • Managing and troubleshooting devices via MDM platforms
  • Logging, tracking, and resolving incidents and requests using ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
  • Supporting new starters with device setup and onboarding
  • Performing hands‑on troubleshooting and hardware fixes
  • Escalating complex issues to Level 2 teams when required
