How to contribute to the bigger picture:
Working within our Support Office in Scoresby, this role’s is the face of the Adairs’ Technology team.
You will be responsible for the supporting, building, maintaining, and monitoring of the Adairs’ Technology store and support office landscape.
You will work with the broader Technology team to deliver a great technology experience for our team and customers.
How you will spend your day:
Working with the store & support office team to overcome technology related problems Diagnosing Software, Hardware & Network related Issues Documenting processes and procedures to support day to day activities Building Laptops & Store POS equipment What we’ll value in you:
Ability to communicate technology to non-technology people You have a knack for resolving technical PC and Networking issues Experience in some of the following technical areas: Use of Ticket Management system User Account Administration (Active Directory & Office 365) Internet, Networking and Basic Infrastructure Understanding of ITIL Principles and Processes (Foundation Certification preferred) Worked in a similar service desk or desktop support role. Any experience in a Retail environment would be an advantage What our team rave about:
