Role Overview:
The IT Service Desk Advisor will provide first-line technical support to the Atradius
community. The successful candidate will demonstrate a customer-focused and
service-minded attitude. Responsibilities include handling tickets, supporting
applications/systems, analysing, diagnosing, and resolving issues, ranging from
straightforward to complex technical problems. Additionally, the role involves various
administrative duties, such as maintaining the asset database.
Responsibilities:
 Accepting incoming callsreports on technical issues and problem cases.
 Recording accurate tickets/incidents/requests covering reported matters or
wishes.
 Processing requests as 1st line support.
 Managing assets and updating documentation.
 Providing general operational support to the department.
 Conducting office visits in Italy and potentially other offices in the region.
