Job Description

Our client is a well-established service provider and is looking for a Service Desk Coordiantor to join their busy team. This role is ideal for someone keen to bring their expereince, take responsibility, and build a long-term career.

Salary: £26,000 to £32,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

Based: Edenbridge

* Service Request Management: Accurately log and track all client service requests, ensuring timely responses and swift resolution of any issues.

* Maintenance Coordination: Schedule maintenance visits and remedial works for the engineering team, optimising resources and minimising disruption to clients.
