Job Title: Service Desk Coordinator
Location: FT Onsite in Vienna, VA
Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options
Position Type: Multiyear Contract

Job Description:
o Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting experience with hardware and software
o Familiarity with PC, Laptop, and Thin Client devices
o Experience in document operating procedures and adept ticket notation ability
o Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system
o Experience with Asset Management & Inventory Control - Scanning, updating, tracking, collection, and overall management of NF assets to ensure accuracy and availability of equipment.
o Perform employee moves to include equipment tear-downs, installs, and cable management.
o Ability to work independently and in a large group setting
o Effective organizational, planning, and time management
